90 LS 400 121,600 Miles. After starting engine the Battery, Brake, Coolant, Add Engine oil and Bulb Warning lights came on. Shortly the Battery would not turn over the engine. Found bad cell, replaced battery. Car starts and drives fine but these 5 warning lights remain on. Tried to clear with info from site regarding removing negative terminal for more than 10 seconds with ignition switch in LOCK position without luck.
Any suggestions!

Several years ago- my old 1981 Toyota Cressida sedan (now my grandpas), did the same thing. ALL of the warning lamps (fasten seat belt, low coolant, o2 sensor, low fuel, charge, bulb out, oil, low washer, brake) were illuminated at all times and I even noticed the amp meter showing a non charging reading at times. I tried everything from a new alternator and exterior fuse box, to a new battery. I finally took it to a local Toyota dealership and they said it was a bad relay in the fuse box. New one was going to be $125.00. I tried to locate one in a junk yard, but these cars are fairly rare and not in the local salvage yards. I called the dealer back, to see if any other late 70s to early 80s Toyotas had the same relay that the Cressida (closest Toyota to a Lexus of the 70s thru the late 80s) had. Believe it or not- it turned out that the 1981 Toyota Celica had the same relay. I found one at a local junk yard for $2.00. I installed the new (used) relay and it solved the problem. That was about 4 years ago- and it still works fine.
I am not sure about the Lexus however, they probably have a totally different set up- but I am just saying that this was the problem with the Cressida.
