Wow Romeo, I am very sorry to hear about the problems you've been having with your Lexus. I have a 1998 model exactly like yours and I have had zero, no problems. It now has about 86,000 miles on it and it still runs, drives, and looks new. Also sounds like Lexus support over there in Italy isnt nearly as good as it is here. All I can say is, you definately have a lemon (and a Lexus lemon is incredibly rare).

Dont know what to tell you pal, I'm not sure how the litigation works over there but I'm sure there is some sort of buyer protection law. I think you should talk to a lawyer.

suggest a possible solution.
I have one sounds like you need a good four wheel alignment and a re-balance on the tires, either that or buy a new set. The only thing your doing with that Lead weight is wearing out tires & front suspension components.
