sorry to bring back an old thread, but ive got a question.
for those that have this bar, who has changed out their endlinks as well?
what endlinks did you use? where do you get them?

I'm glad that you found this thread and brought it up, because I probably never would have found it. I too am interested in the answers to your questions. Fellow CL's help us out please.

After discussion with Todd...our conclusion at the time was that this bar was too stiff to give balanced handling. In development trials with Daizen sway bars for the GS, he suspected that this would cause the car to oversteer quite easily.
With upgraded sway bar bushings along with the lowering springs/struts, I was happy with the handling. Anything more I felt was bettet suited towards a purpose built car like a Porsche...

comparing the thickness of the addco and your stock bar, dosnt look like a huge
difference in the size. but the 1st gen swaybars are WAAAAYYYY smaller, the size
of my pinkie! so i am worried about it being such a big change. but whatever, i hate
having so much body roll!
oversteer is no big deal, just need to figure out its limits. (i used to have an AE86 that
i autocrossed and drifted, so i got used to the oversteer, and liked it

oh, does anyone know the stock sway bar sizes (f&r)? or the thickness of the addco bar?

I looked into the ADDCO bar yesterday and discovered it is 3/4" solid and powder coated. My 2nd gen LS has a 9/16" hollow set up. He assured me it would be an easy fit and that I would need to buy new rubber bushings. He said it would provide a 300% increase in rigidity - sure would like to find someone that has it now and how they like it in today's terms. I have lowering springs today and will soon replace struts with Bilstein's.

well, through RA40's experiences, he says that the bar dosnt fit right for the 2nd gen cars.
but i dont know if there is a difference between the ucf20 and ucf21.
i want to hear the experiences from the 1st gen guys, because the rear bar is much smaller
than the 2nd gen cars. that is going to be a much more noticable change than for the 2nd gens.
