Has anyone done a tutorial or something on how to fix these older instrument clusters?
My lights don't work on the cluster, so I can't see ****!

I have an issue with my speedo gauge also, one day the speedo needle went limp. It sits at the bottom my my cluster and doesn't move up till im going like 50 but it reads 12 or 20 mph on the gauge. Would that be my speed senor?
So far, this is what I have found.

Hello guys. You can go to Google and search for 'Lexus instrument cluster
repair', and the first link to come up will be Mr. Wizard. He can fix all of your
cluster problems and guarantee the fix for two years. He did this for me. You
do have to send the cluster to him. Best of luck.
