Default exactly

the C-pillar is exactly what im talking about, its like it was taken straight off of the GS's concept car. Its in both the new Q and the new altima.

and about the interior... compare an LS's AND the Q's to the other luxury brands, Merc, BMW, Audi, Jag, Lincoln even, and I dunno but I definitely think the LS and the Q have much more similarities than the other brands, and i dont think that was just a coincidence.

I wasnt saying the GS or the new LS were original nor that they were attractive. in fact, i think they're horribly ugly at certain angles, ESPECIALLY the 3/4 of the c-pillars, even on the new LS. It struck me as odd then, that Infiniti/Nissan would decide to implement that same shape.

but what about your opinion on the profitability of this car? Do you think that if the Q45 managed to take some respectable market share in this segment, that their next Q would continue to have the same remarkable price AND quality?

who knows about Kia... Daewoo and Hyundai both have some kind of bargain pseudo luxury car out, maybe kia might pick up this trend

i would say that both of these cars are great but i think the lexus has the advantage because of its endless list of features and build quality. And infinty had to mock our 7' nav screen in the center console,im sure it doesnt have that smooth quiet ride as much as the lexus,it might be faster but the ls will keep up.But the fact main fact is that a lexus will always be more of a onlooker more appealing and always more high class in which a infinty has not earned its name as a high class luxo car like the ls430 and the MBs430-s500 bmw 7 series etc...

Ive actually read the Q is as smooth and quiet or better. Just from a mag or two though. I look at the two like this: if you want plushness and luxury, get the LS. if you want style with performance than get the Q.

Naa the Q rides nothing like the Lexus. I've driven them both.

I prefer to be connected to the road more like the Q then on a cloud and not feeling anything. AGain, plush for performance.
