Bent seat frame or Bad motor or gear?

Seat just came back from the shop.
Total was $1900.00 in parts & labor!!
It does look good & the $21.00 dollar adjustment bar that was stripped has been replaced so the seat now lines up perfectly.
Again, not how I would do it, but documented for you all not to follow.
