I've experienced a strange problem on my first gen LS. The lights work fine, but whenever the highbeams are used, only the right side bulbs remains lit with the highbeam and both fog lights along with the left side bulbs completely shut off. When the light switch is back to normal headlight, all the lights turn on. would a faulty bulb do this ? I would like to get an opinion before i start to take off the headlight assembly to change the bulbs.
thnx.
thnx.

I'm not exactly sure how the headlight assy from the 1st-gen LS is constructed, but by default, fog lights automatically shut off whenever high beams are turned on. DOT law states that a maximum of 4 lights on the front of a car can be turned on at the same time.
