See if my observation is correct...
1. Your engine idle speed is high when cold which is normal.
2. Idle speed modulates when warm between 500 and 1200 rpm or the different of 1200-500=700rpm. What is the cycle time (time between a high idle and the next high idle)? Also do the following test for me: warm the engine and press on the gas pedal to 2500rpm and hold the gas pedal there. Does idle modulate? If so, what are the differences in rpm and what is the cycle time?

1. I get in car.
2. i turn the key
3. engine is on.
4. RPM is at 1100-1200 rpm.
5. 5-30 seconds later RPM slowly rised to above 1500+ rpm
6. as soon after it hits 1500-2000 rpm drops down to 500 rpm and car shakes like its bout to give up.
7. RPM is back to 1100-1200 rpm
8. RPM rises again up to 1500-2000 rpm (tooked at least 5-10 seconds)
9. stays at 1500-2000 rpm or at 1900-2000 rpm steady for 5-7 seconds.
10. rpm drops back to normal fully warmed rpm (750rpm)

It will do this randomly only at first starting car.

it will randomly but not too often do this while driving: car idles at speed 6-10 MPH(no gas pedal pressed)
More pressure on brakes when stopping because car is accelerating itself a lil bit while trying to stop.
Smell strong gas at the exhaust at start.

DRIVE FOR 30 MINS DURING STATED ABOVE...COME TO COMPLETE STOP...RPM SLOWLY COMES DOWN TO NORMAL FROM 1100-1200RPM TO 650-700RPM (TAKES AT LEAST 5 SECONDS) I HAVE TO STAY COMPLETELY STOPPED FOR AT LEAST 5 SECONDS TO LET THE RPM DROP DOWN, IF I KEEP ON DRIVING WITHOUT STOPPING, RPM WILL NOT COME DOWN TO NORMAL.
AFTER I COME TO MY DESTINATION, CUT IT OFF LET IT COOL LIKE MORE THAN HOUR. GO FOR A DRIVE AGAIN. GO OVER THE SAME THING AGAIN.

**When I put car on Neutral or Park the rpm is 200-350 higher than Drive. (not fully warmed)
**When fully warmed (30+) mins of driving both Neutral/Park and Drive Rpm is same. but I have to come to like a stop sign and let it sit there for more than 5 seconds to let it drop down to normal RPM first.

Exclamation

Ok, today it was doing it again when i start off the car, it's at between 1100-1200 rpm at first, then goes up very slowly.

when it did that, i gave it some gas ti'l it went up to 1500 rpm, then i let the gas go. rpm stays there at 1500 rpm, not moving down. i press the gas again to 1700 rpm, then it stays at 1700rpm and not lowering. i did not press on gas too long, I tap'd the gas some more constantly, then it went back to 1100-1200 rpm. 5-10mins later it went down to 600-700 rpm and stays there.

I timed this, this all took about 15-20 mins. after this the car drive around at normal performance.
if i drive around while rpm is at more than 1000 rpm idle, it seems i've lost performance.
if i drive around while rpm is at 650-700rpm idle. normal perfomance.
it has not shut off or stalled on me yet.

Must been the crank shaft sensor fixed the stalling or constant key turns to turn on the car or just wont fire up the engine.

Your symptoms did not sound like the symtoms I experienced when the idle speed control valve (ISCV) went bad. Still, you should check the ISCV when you get the chance.

IDle Control was already replaced when this happend.

and another problem...come to stop light....green light. hit the gas, car not moving, rpm drops and dies. car wont start back up, finally engine starts up after 5 min.

ok i got the problem all narrowed down.

rpm will come down to normal (650-600), when i let the car sit at least 10 mins. *during the warm up...the rpm jumps back and forth betwen 1k-2k.

after the warm up, I drive out into the streets...come to stop light, wait ti'l green light, as soon I press on gas rpm drops down, feeling like car was about to stall, I didn't want it to stall in middle of traffic, so I floored it hard and it drives off. feels like something is clogged. Or like air is clogged.
