95 LS400 to 98 Conversion
Ok guys moy 95 LS400 got hit yesterday. I was parked on an incline in downtown nashville on commerce street. Some joker tried to parallel park infront of me and smacked the **** out of my car. Well needless to say I need a new bumper, hood, lights, and grille. SO I was wondering if its possible to do a 98+ front conversion, I just want the updated look. I have the following parts in mind:
99 Headlights
Hid Ballasts
Bulbs
Wiring Harness
Bumper Lenses
Turn Signals
Hood
Fenders
Bumper
Headlights Brackets
Is there anything elses that I will need?

Welcome to ClubLexus! In the interim of somebody posting an answer, you might also want to try the search tool to look for 'conversion' in the LS forum. I did a quick search and found a few threads like this these that have most of your answers - no waiting!

UCF21 -> UCF31 Conversion?
Is it possible to put the UCF31 front end on? I like 98 look too, but I've seen the UCF31 done properly, it looked really nice! But I dont know if that was all custom, of if the fenders even line up with the door? Has anyone attempted this, or seen detailed pictures in a VIP mag? I see auction car LS400 from 91-94 all the time with light front end damage, missing headlights, little hood damage, still run fine, so I was thinking of getting the other parts like the UCF31 headlights and fenders used from Japan. Of course the taillights would be a nightmare to convert to UCF31 however.
