I can see it. The LS is a great cruiser, comfortable and all yet the certain performance aspects aren't quite in this package.

The brakes are stock . I love them also. Actually they are too big for the rims and I am currently using a 5mm spacer. I need to get that spacer off, or at least minimize it to 2 or 3mm so that the front won't rub as much. I was told that I could sand the rims a bit, and possibly the calipers. Any thoughts from anybody?

you got any pics of the car and wheels from a little closer? Can't see shiznit from that far away!
also, what are the offsets and sizes of the rims? If you post the dimensions maybe someone can help you with your rubbing problem.

Here are some pictures of the rubbing:
I haven't touched the front fenders at all yet. Is it possible to roll them? I think that they need to be extended about 1/4"-1/2". Again, I am using a 5mm spacer to clear the brakes. Is this unsafe to do? (I am told by some that it is). I am also hearing that I can shave away part of my brake caliper to help the clearance, and possibly even some of the rim. I'm getting a vibration whenever I go over 60, so I am really trying to find a way to get this spacer off completely (even though I know that it's a longshot. Heres a picture of the spacer:
How would I go about rolling the front fenders (as there really isn't a lip to roll)? Also, is there any such thing as a negative camber kit?
Thanks,
-Jason

As an alternative, you may see ifthe Supra TT calipers have a norrower profile. I dunno if the LS430 calipers have a thinner profile. I was debating this for mine but learned the weight difference between the UCF2X and 3X isn't significant enough to justify the expense. The caliper bolts are in a different location so you'll need a custom bracket to adapt them. Stop Tech has a 4 piston kit for $1,700 for our cars, you might call them.
Long run: neg camber on the tires, a brake upgrade or wheels...all hurt.
