Wow!!
This project is coming along so quickly I cant even catch up.
In the first page you said that you used the 2JZGTE's engine mounts, did you have to redrill anything or was it a direct fit?

REALLY nice job!
How did you swap the diff. Did you use the LS cover and rear mounting point (does it have one?). What are the dimensions on the front "spacers" that you welded in? Did you fit them by pinion angle or just stock position?
Would this swap readily accept a manual tranny? I assume so.
How did the car feel after the diff. swap?
Thanks!

2. The spacer is 1 inches but washer was add to adjust the height.
3. Stock position.
Hmm........pinion angle. I haven't thought about that. I think that will be a correct way to do it.
4. It should.
5. The problem is car still bog during high boost though.

Here is some info I found on pinion angle stuff on a late model Mustang. Good info at end of document for all cars.
http://www.maximummotorsports.com/in.../MMIRSB-40.pdf
I bought a 95 Cobra that has an 03 IRS conversion with some vibration around 80 mph. I am going to check this and driveshaft.
Good luck on the bog!

Thank, for the info about the pinion angle it was very helpful.
Cusco Strut Bar install today. Need some grinding and bending though.
After in stall boost guage today I just find out that engine "bog" due to over boost causing by faulty wastegate. The boost went up to 1.2 bar b4 the ECU cut the fuel and cause the engine to loose power.

Will bring the car to dyno soon.
Note: Newer 1JZ-GTE vvti come with mid-size single turbo instead of twin in old version. And the exehaust turbine is made from ceramic, design for fast response and high torque at lower RPM. So it can't withstand high boost and high heat.

I didn't know about that until I purchase the engine.
