Actually, those are the OEM clear corners. Here's the procedure for clearing the corners. Clearing the corner lights a pretty simple procedure. Use a heat gun to take the lens off of the housing. The corners have a plastic amber piece over the bulb that you have to break off. After reseal the lights with silicone. Actually, you don't even really have to take the lens off the housing. You can take the piece by drilling holes and breaking it and then removing all of the broken pieces.

Actually, those pictures are taken when I had Tanabe springs on my car, but since then I've changed my suspension to Tom's Coilovers. My car is actually pretty stock still. The only thing I've really done is cleared out my corner lights, changed my tails to red and clear (converted aftermarket 95 red and clears), painted the bottom half of my ride, dropped the car and threw some rims on. Most of my car is DIY mods and didn't costs much.
I do have a Wald lip kit sitting in the garage waiting to be thrown on after I get it painted, but haven't found the time.

I love the lowness (i know it's not a word) of MR Lexo's LS and the mono- tone is crazy.

MRLEXO, thanks for the info. Do you have the picture of your LS tail light? It must look really nice with just red and clear. Thanks.

Here you go
stock

dropped

red tails

dumped

great choice with the 19's, if you keep the 20's you will have to use air suspension

I think those wheels are ghetto. It's a Lexus not a H2.
To each their own I guess.

It would look fine if the kit was actually on the car, but if it were me I;d only go 19's
