Where could I get the front underbody plastic cover

I have a '92 LS400 and was driving today when I hit this metal plate in the middle of the road. It crumpled up underneath the front of the car and tore up the plastic underbody cover up front. I was wondering where I could get this piece for less tha what the dealer is charging which is $219.
