Your most likely gonna get colors and looks through aftermarket though.
If you just going for looks then Vitek makes some in different colors for the LS (red, blue, white, green, etc.) for about $120 for set.
Now if your really getting them for HP gains then I recommend the Magnecore wires but they cost $300.
Spark plugs wise I recommend the NGK platinuim plugs, their about $7 each.

Question is,how many miles are on your LS?
A timing belt isn't needed until 90k miles. If you're at the 60k mark, those things loule mentioned are a good list of things to do.
And regarding colored spark plug wires, what good will those do when they're covered up anyway

Yeah Maxiumus75,i am getting a new timing belt, water pump, tensioner pullies, and idler.Yeah it was about $800 for the all this, plus i am replacing the power steering pump because i am scared of the leakage going reaching the altenator or somethingelse. The total job was about $1000,plus a new air duct and all oils changed.Dam i miss my car already about 5 days.
Hey Maxiumus75 since you are a Lexus tech, how long can these iuz-fe V8 in the 1st gen. LS 400 last,it has about 135,000 miles and i might consider putting NOS about 50-75shot to it, can the engine and tranny hold up at it age right now and how dangerous would it be for a Lexus to be getting NOS shots to the engine.

Some of our customers have 1st gen LS's with well over 250k on the original motor and Trans and they run like a top. The only time I've ever seen a motor let go is if it was not maintained (oil changes ESP.) or if it somehow took in water through the intake and hydrolocked (very rare though). Other than that they are very strong, dependable drivetrains. Now as far as NOS goes, I can't tell you how the motor will react to it because I don't know it's condition. However, if I had to GUESS, I would say a well maintained 100k 4.0 could handle a reasonable shot. I wouldn't recommend more than 70hp. Like I said, I don't know the condition of your motor and I've never seen an LS with NOS.

Is your LS missing the plastic pieces that bolt onto the valve covers? They cover up the spark plug wires,caps/rotors,timing belt, and cam gears. Unless you drive around without them who's going to see your pretty spark plug wires?
