FAKE XENONS - Pimp or Wimp? lol
rollin a 91 Ls400 in Titanium Grey.
Now I would never normally put those blue lightbulbs in my headlights, but..... on a Lexus they might actually look stock - a la fake Xenon.
Has anyone here had any success with the affordable ($25 a bulb) blue headlights?

IMHO the best way to do HID on a 2nd gen LS is to do the 98+ conversion. this has many benefits, including the fact that you know the quality since its all OEM. Also, its 100% legal since it technically is a 100% factory system. this is a good bit more costly since (im pretty sure) that u have to replace the front fenders, the hood, the front bumper, the grill, and the lamps+ballasts+bulbs.

I am not aware of any UCF 20 owners doing the HID swap. I've contemplated this but I want to see the light pattern before proceeding. Some of the swaps with DOT halogen lenses and reflectors tend to scatter the beam and it may result in blinding. Some of the patterns I've seen in other cars plain sucks with HID kits.
