I finally picked up my first Lexus(91 LS400) saturday and I am trying to put it back together. My first thing is the interior. I have already gave up on stereo options and am wanting to tackle the carpet next. I want to do the carpet the same time I have the seats recovered. So if you can recommend someone for carpet it would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

Also I only paid $2500 for the car with 155k on the clock.

googling automotive carpet replacement. It will show up several sources. I was looking for a replacement carpet for a Dodge, and was able to locate several sources. They might have some options for a Lexus too.

I've been searching for replacement carpet for a long time and have failed miserably.
It appears that no one makes it for Lexus.
The only option is the dealer.

I called Lexus they said $1100 and there is only one kit of the color I need left in the whole US. It is a E class part meaning it is about to be discontinued.
