How many 98-00 LS owners would be interested? If we get enough on board the pricing for the first run can go as low as the GS or IS300 kits.

It would be good if someone like DEPO or APC could make something for the LS given that they are sooo popular!
It would probably be cheaper to make a whole new assembly provided we get the gen 1 numbers. I've heard that companies will do a 50-100 limited run!
The other option is get Hiltop in Japan to convert our lenses to diamond cut (See pic).
Let's make it happen!!!

Could you please send us a picture of your headlamps. If I member right, the first generation LS has a fluted lens design which would need to be cleared out if we were to do any type or retrofit. You actually have lots of options available to you since your headlamps are so big.
Our phase 2 base price is $800 and our phase 3 base price is $1000. The angel eyes is an additional $400. Our most expensive setup would probably be the "gatling gun" setup. That particular setup cost $1700.

What is a phase 2 or phase 3? I wonder what kinda of numbers we would be looking at for just the cleared out headlights. Is it possible to see if any glass work companies could clear our lenses? But the one in the picture above is the JDM headlight, 1-piece, and i bet it would cost a few hundred just to buy a JDM one. Because even if i did have a company clear out my lenses for a cheaper price i would want to buy a JDM one and have them do it on that. I hope on a group buy for just the clear JDM headlights we might be able to do it. We need to get some numbers or something. It would really make the first gen look a LOT different.
