Incorrect. The 95 has the 1UZFE powerplant, but does NOT have VVTi. The extra 10 HP comes from improved engine management and improved intake and exhaust. Gen 1 and Gen 2 engines are almost identical.

If you have a 2UZFE I would have to ask if your LS is a 4wd drive since that is a LX470 engine. It is cast Iron unlike the other UZFE's. But hey Ivan Stewart used to campaign one of those that was good for 560HP or so!
You need to be a the Australian site, they have no fear or lack of imagination when it comes to UZFE engine mods. I think it is mainly Ausie driven??

Exactly correct. The LS kept the 1UZ FE until 2000. VVT-i was added in 98.
