'92 LS *PICS* - 200K & still going strong!
Hi guys, I picked up my GS430 about 2 months ago & i've been loving every minute of it.
The biggest reason I (and my sis with her ES300), are driving a Lexus is because of our amazing experience w/ my dad's '92 LS400.
We bought it back in '96 off lease w/ 66K miles on it. Now it's almost at 200K and it still looks/drives perfect.
This has got to be the most well-made/reliable car EVER made!
Here are some pics I snapped today after I spent all morning giving this baby a complete detail...

Man, who would've thought that LS has over 200K miles? You're absolutely right about the condition, everything inside and out looks perfect. Even the gate shifter and steering wheel appear to have no signs of wear

Other than that, everything else is all original in the car (including floormats). No accidents, never repainted anywhere.

uuuhhhhhhh, the gen 1 has an inline shifter, not a gated one like the Gen 2.
