1998 LS400 Mod Suggestions?

$10K isn't that much when you think of mods.
$3K wheel & tires
$2K suspension like Tein CS with EDFC and install
$2K+ body kit with paint & install...
A modest A/V system, Nav and if you want TV's along with honkin' woofers...there it all goes.
$15K-$20 seems like a well rounded car mod budget with some mild performance enhancing stuff. Of course the usual maintenance as you find stuff that needs replacing like the strut bars, PS pump, A/C compressor....
