Default 1998 LS400 Mod Suggestions?

Just wanted to say hello and ask some advice. First time posting here.

I'm looking to start doing mods on my 1998 LS400; exhaust, body kits, etc. Currently, the only thing I've done is add 18" wheels and tinting but am looking for some other suggestions/deals/recommendations from others. Thanks!

yesm but you would need either an aftermarket rear bumper or make cutouts in the stock one. or just angle the tips down somehow.

keep in mind that LSportline is NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!! anything you find is going to be old stock.

Yes. Tien Coilovers are definitely on my list. Also, where can I pick up the L-Sportline exhaust.... I haven't had any luck finding any in stock anywhere...

best bet is the JIC exhaust or getting one custom made.

make it mono-tone, clear turning signal, clear markerlights (www.luxurymods.com). I don't know if your wheels are new or if you've had them for a while but a set of staggered 20" wheels with a lowering would look really nice.

Search under my name for performance info. Here is a simply DIY cold air filter modification that picked up a solid 5rwhp on my 99 LS400. Look through all the pictures before commenting.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...2&page=1&pp=15

The exhaust is another area of concern and I had headers built for the GS400/430 that also work on the LS400 with an aftermarket Y pipe.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=180708

The rest of the exhaust needs upgrading with the exception being the final mufflers are probably OK for naturally aspirated running. DO NOT get big pipes. DO get good Y pipes.
