You can drill new holes. 
Nobodys compared the 95-97 and 98-00 tails. Anyone near Cerritos with a 98+ that wants to stop by so we can do a comparison...drop me a PM and we'll see.

Ya, I just didn't want to wait the 2 months to get them from japan, but screw it i'd rather look back in a month and say "i'm glad I ordered those a month ago" then look back and say "**** if I would have ordered them a month ago i'd have them by now!" (I got some clear side corners too!)
