2 quick questions '93 LS400 (180 K miles)
Hesitation only when Warm, otherwise when car is cold, drives perfect.
Recent Radiator Change. Prior to that drove with leaking radiator (no coolant) for 5 miles. Did Not overheat, simply jerking and hesitating when coolant was gone.
Pushing brake pedal illuminates 'R' on the instrumental panel and transmission acts like it is trying to shift. Not reverse shift but some sort of jerk + high RPM like 2500 or so.
Also, on is rear parking brake lamp out signal (comes on off & on).
Any ideas?

The "R" illuminating when the brake pedal is pushed is usually caused by a broken wire in the wiring harness attached to the driver's side trunk hinge. Pull the harness loose from the hinge and look for a white wire with a black stripe. Odds are this wire is broken. Splice a new length of wire where the break is, and your problem will likely be solved.
This is a very common occurrence on 93 models and has been discussed numerous times.
Do a search to get more details.

Well, the mechanic who installed the new radiator, drained and refilled it. Is there any thing else to bleed the system? Any recommendations?
Spark Plugs, Wires, full tuneup was done last year about 30,000 miles ago.

All Fixed Except weird Exhaust sound (rattling)
OK. R was fixed by me with the wire on the hinge suggestion. Well done Club Lexus contributors.
Rough ride and loss of power was first dignosed as a clogged Catalytic converter. Replaced for $600. Original Fit.
Still no power. Then, identified misfires and did a complete tune up. Coil, caps, rotors, wires, plugs. $700
Now, Power is back. Car is running Normal (some Engine & Tranny mount vibrations, will get to it later).
But, the biggest thing now is if I Rev up to 2,000 RPM, car makes a rattling sound coming from Exhaust and then hissing sound as I let go of the accelerator. What is it?
Any ideas?
