Hello all! I have a 1990 LS400 with 150k on it. When the moonroof is closed there is a lot of wind noise. I'm not sure if this can be adjusted or not. I lubed the seals and that didn't help. Anyone have the same problem? Is it possible to adjust it myself? Thanks in advance for your help!!! Mark

how do u know the noise is coming form the moonroof?

I can feel the air coming in. It's on the back side of the roof where it closes. If I push up or move it by hand a little bit I can reduce the noise. It's like the gasket isn't sealing. If I close my shade I can't hear it at all, but I hate having the shade closed. Lexus said they can adjust it but I would rather do it myself.

If you plan on keeping the car for a spell, replace the weather seals, at 15 years the foamy stuff is compressed. This is a good purchase but if you are planning on buying another car in a year or so, I'd probably live with it.

Thanks Mike....I will probably end up doing that. The car was owned by an elderly couple and is in perfect condition.....so I will probably keep it for a while since it is so nice. Thanks again....Mark
