Default '06 17" GS rims fit on '92 LS400?
My friend is thinking of buying my rims of me but not sure if will be a sure fit. He has 1992 LS400 stock everything.

The rims I have is the 10-spoke 2006 GS ( 17 x 7.5, 5 x 114.3, and ET 45) wrapped with 245/45/17?

Will they fit perfectly without any rubbing?

Yes, they'll fit fine without rubbing.
