Taste is such a varied word. Everyone has there own preference and style but taste can be and is always so very personal.
Some say they have IT, others want IT , others say they have IT but no one believes them.
Ok enough of that,

To machine finish the rims Gato it is not expensive once you are getting them refinished already.
Any good wheel repair shop that does OEM rims can machine finish a rim. Problem is not every rims can be machined as they do not always have enough thickness as well as a flat face for it.
It basically works just like when you have rotors machined or turned. It has a small carbide tip go around the face machine perfect circle. Then it is clear coated after.
One of the main reasons for doing this was to remove the weight of old paint for the least amount of unsprung weight. As well as having something that no one else i have seen has done. Other than OEM rims the aftermarket does not really do a machine finish. As well 20 being chrome are a dime a dozen , even painted are nothing new . But painted inner spokes and machined faces is a new one for me. ( remember in Canada the tuner lifestyle is not as strong as the Homelands ( Japan and CALI). So doing anything different is a real bit of work up here.

Car definitely looks very good SK! It does have the VIP look to it as someone else mentioned.

What is the difference between a machined finish (yours) and a polished finish (mine)? I am guessing that a machined finish is more involved (and takes off more metal) than a polished finish.........

Thanks
The face of the rims are cut with sharp angles like a saw blade going up and down just in very small edges compared to a flat one that is on yours.

How much did the Sportline Exhaust run you (w/ & w/o installation)? and did you seem an increase in performace? and how is the sound?

How many inches did you lower the car? Has the ride been badly hurt? Do you ever bottom out or do the wheels ever run into the fender?

Once again, beautiful car, thanks for the answers and inspiration

The L-sportline exhaust is no longer sold but cost about $1200 at one time then about $200 ,
It is a simple exhaust to mount, just cut the existing pipes and clamp these on or weld them.
No change in performance or noise ,just a slight burble from the note but nothing noticeable.

I mentioned the suspension earlier in the thread but it rides perfectly and does not bottom out with the 20's unless it is a large hole.
If you get suspension buy Tein or JIC coilovers unless you have air suspension ,then i would get a air controller to run the system and have any height and dampening you want.

Ones from ebay ,they are purplish instead of white and they seem to have one led die one by one slowly.
