I know the LS430 is made by Toyota in Japan but is it made on its own line or is it made on a Toyota vehicle line?

The Toyota Celsior and the Lexus LS430 are built on the same line, in Tahara I believe.

So all lengths and widths of the LS's and Celsiors are the same except the emblems right?

How about the interior center console any different devices between the LS and Celsior
