Yes, it is the door sensor. It does not work all the time. Must be some contact problem. Any idea how much it costs or whether I can clean it.

Looks like you must have removed it.

If yours is sticking, try some WD-40 on it.... This sensor is easy to remove...one 10mm bolt....thats it....Check yours out....

this is a common problem, the switch just wears out I believe....... go get a new one from a dealership.. couldnt be too expensive. maybe try a u-pull-it
