I replaced only the 194 wedge bulbs with LED's. Next will be the front/rear blinker bulbs to LED's. I bought my superwhite 194 LED's from autolumination. When I buy the blinker LED's I'll let you know.
remember that when u do they will blink a LOT faster than before because of the less resistance. only way to combat this is a load equalizer but they get REALLY hot.
are you baking the lens to disassemble? and are the LEDs plug and play? lastly where would be the easiest place to get them?
You will have to heat the lens assembly to break the silicone like glue they use. As for LED's, it is a complete DIY job. Wafer circuit board, soldering iron and appropriate circuit design to drive the number of LED's for the panel. There is a VIP Style mag that had a tutorial but I haven't gotten around to getting a full translation.
Given this is a 12V system, depending on the LED's VF spec, a circuit could be easily designed. I'm not a light mod person so this is yet another over ambitious thing that I twidle my thumbs on.
Where did you get that picture of the RCR lights.
I have a 2000 LS and would like to order those but I'm having difficulty trying to find those.
Any help would be appreciated.

VERY few companies make the RCR tails for the UCF21 (98-00) LS400s. I think the CHEAPEST ive ever seen them for is $500 from the LM site, tho ud have to ask leo if he still carries them (pm MRLEXO).
Those ones are Taiwanese made i believe. Theres one other company who makes them but i doubt u wanna spend $1000-1200+ for Junction Produce Taillights.
