yes, they will bolt on, you will have to bend or cut the dust shield slightly to fit the caliper, very minor stuff.
only 1 BIG problem.
THE BRAKES WILL NOT FIT UNDER YOUR WHEELS.
nope. no way in hell the 2LS brakes will fit under ur stock wheels. (at least not without major spacers.)

As I understand it, the '95-'00 brakes will not fit under '90-'94 wheels because they are physically bigger and require a larger diameter wheel.
The '95-'00 brakes also do not fit behind any larger wheel without the correct 45mm offset?
I ask because I have a '90 LS400 and just purchased sc430 wheels. They have a 50mm offset as I understand it. Does this mean that before I can even put them on my '90, I need a 5mm wheel spacer? And if so, would the same 5mm spacer be required to put them on over a '95-'00 brake upgrade?
If you don't mind, I also have a question about the spacers. 5 mm seems like an awfully small spacer. Do I need to get a kit that would also extend my studs with such a small spacer?
Thanks for your help.

First, thanks PureDrifter for taking the time to explain all you have. I have found it all very helpful.

also, there has been much new information since this post (>1 year ago) and it has been discovered that the 2LS brakes WILL NOT fit the 1LS without modification.
the issue comes from the width of the calipers, which end up fouling on the one of the bolts for the lower ball joint, to correct this issue you can either grind the bolt down OR find a shop to make you a custom "RCA" (Roll Center Adapter) such as the ones the 2GS guys use.

Thanks for the useful information.
Looks like I will pick up a set of 15mm spacers and studs to put on all four corners.
Down the road it looks as if I will go with Supra brakes up front and see about some 2LS rear calipers and rotors in the rear. Hopefully they will fit the rear brackets.
Really helpful info.
