Unhappy Gap behind rear seat

Well I just started installing my leather and noticed how warped my rear seat has become! Take alook at the gap between the seat and the frame! It looks a little exaggerated in this angle but it is still quite huge... have any of you experienced this problem? I know I put the seat on right.. I put it on as tight as possible when I redid my speaker wires etc.. and I've taken the seat on and off so many times.. maybe this happened while the seat was out of the car? I'm not sure..

Am I going to have to bust out the hammer and bend it back into shape?

Really.. any idea what they did about it?

I'm installing my leather.. did the rear bench and the front passenger seat completely, and I want to finish up the rear seat but I don't know what to do about this bent frame. Looks like i just have to bust out the hammer.

Bend the mounting tabs inward by hand or with a large channel lock and if the whole frame is bent, bend it over a 2 x 4 lying on the ground.
