One of the easy jobs on the Lexus is changing the brake pads, If you pickup a C-Clamp to push the piston back and a small piece of wood between the clamp and piston, and a 17mm a 14mm wrench and about 20 min per wheel you can save yourself lots O money, I buy NAPA pads Ceramix for the front and their top grade for the rears for less than a Hundred bucks and they are waranted for life (read no more bucks for brakes), if you just don't let your brakes wear down to the point you hit the rotors you never have to replace them, think of the money your can save over the life of the car, Lexus on this end of town gets $670.00 for a rear brake job.
