The problem was an internally shorted battery, that made itself die.

Next, the keeper installed THE BATTERY BACKWARDS making several fuses blow including the 120 amp ALT fuse and the horn and headlights activating.

When pulling the big fuse it was difficult to remove and when in did come out in left two tabs, and the white plastic container of it came out, but I believe the two tabs are supposed to stay there maybe? or else noting would be there for the fust to get ahold of, anyone ware of this issue?

There are 2 bolts that screw into the sides of the fuse You have to remove a NUT on the back side twards the fire wall then lift up on whole unit with fuses in it all 4 fuses and assembly will seperate from area.Pop side pannels up and you will see both bolts. Those tabs are supposed to be attached to fuse. once you get 2 bolts out those tabs will come out easy, Put new fuse in Install bolts and you are good to go. PM me if needed
