Just thought it was an odd coincidence, Mike Tyson had an LS400 with red interior. He pulled up in it to one of the Holyfield fights. That was the only one id seen, so there is a chance this was his. He stopped boxing in 05, this add was in 06.

ive seen it before. its pretty rare though. blue cloth was also optional as was grey. never seen a tan cloth one though. remember that lexus launched in a different era! think about it. look how different large RWD v8 American cars were back then. think of mercury grand marquis, chevy caprice classic and Chrysler new Yorker and the big cushy cloth seats most of those had.. maybe lexus was trying to woo buyers of those cars to them? now I will say this, ive never seen a cloth car built after 1992, so they killed the cloth seats off pretty early on with American cars....
