Air suspension reliability with height controller??
I recently purchased a 1994 Lesux LS400 and can't wait to start with the modifications. My model that I purchased comes with air suspension and it is in great condition. I am considering getting a Datasystems air height controller, but I am a bit worried on the damage it can do to the air suspension itself. What kind of longevity can I expect for my suspension while using a aftermarket height controller? I am sure pushing the suspension lower than factory specs will decrease strut life but by how much?
Also with an aftermarket controller, how low will I be able to go? I would like to be able to park it and drop it to the point it is not driveable. I did do a search, but was not able to find the specs on how low an aftermarket height controller will allow.
Thanks in advance and I am glad to finally join the Lexus family, or Club Lexus
