Default Help, car wont start!

This morning I tried to start my car, and as soon as i turned the key, every electrical system died, before the car even cranked. I went out and opened the fuse box under the hood to see which fuse might've blown, but in about 2-3 minutes the power came back. I closed the fuse box, went back inside the car, turned the key, and it died again. This time power didn't come back. Right now there not a single electrical system in the car that works, absolutely everything is dead. I looked at the fuse box, but I can't tell whether these main relays are good or bad, how would I test them? Also, the 120amp ALT fuse looks like it might be blown, but I coulnd't remove it. What do I do?

Or a bad battery terminal/ground.
Wiggle the terminal and wire.

no, we all run the original belts since we are too afraid of touching the engine for fear of it imploding.

please search.
