Please need help.
I bought concave alloy wheel set.
Front 19x8,5 ET45
Rear 19x9,5 ET 40
I did not take into account front big brake caliper
I need 25mm spacer.
Can you tell me how much it will stick out from the rim of the front fender?
You can modify the front brake caliper width?
I do not want to be sticking out from under the fender.
There is a solution?
Brake caliper or front alloy wheel mod?

That doesn't look like it needs 25mm to clear, many instances 15mm is sufficient. You won't be able to take off enough caliper material to make a significant clearance change. Modifying the wheel is a no-no.
Is the car lowered? If it takes 25mm to clear, you'll have to put a corresponding spacer in the rear to balance the look, ~20mm. Bottom line is if it takes this much spacer, sell-return these and buy a set of wheels that fit right. If the car is lowered, you'll need fender mods and likely a stretched tire fitment for clearance after all this.

Thanks for the help everyone
I made homemade spacer. Gold bolt width 18mm. 18mm not clear the big brake caliper. I put under 2mm washers. 20mm spacer clear the brake caliper
Last photo 18mm spacer. Scratch the brake caliper.
Soon buy 20mm spacer and long stem screw. After I put the 245/45 R19 wheel. If no good then I change 245/40 R19 wheel.

Since you guys are all pro wheel people, what do you guys recommend for flush fitment on a 90 Celsior. Nothing to extreme just flush, I'm on factory air with rolled guards. Don't want to pull them though. Any ideas? Offsets?
