^Now that's gangster
More negative camber and less tire width will work, or you can do a fender pull
Hi Shmee,
There is a photo of the front wheel?How much is hanging out of the tire from the fender to you?
My front wheel 19x8.5 ET45+20mm spacer(big brake clear).In the photo you can see the problem.The tire sticking out.My tire 245/40 R19.
Negative camber solution to the problem?
Thanks for help.![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Can you get good/decent wheels from Tirerack.com? I dont have the patience to traipse all over creation for a good set of used Wald Duchtalets or something.

"Good" is relative.
There are lots of places to get nice wheels from
Vrwheels.com
Vipstylecars
Stanceworks
Wheel(ladies of loose morals and open legs)s
Memoryfab
Wheel&tire section on here...
Not hard to find a set, and usually a better idea to find what you want than waste money on something you are going to get rid of once you find what you want...

Question.. When looking for a wheel to clear the bigger brakes of a 00 LS, is clearance of an is350 brake adequate? Some of the newer wheel options out haven't been tried on an LS and it seems to be difficult to get an answer on Ls400 clearance. Lots of the new wheels Ive been looking at have been used on is350 though.

awesome! thanks for the reply P.D.
Sooo one more.... on a 00 LS.. how much work am i getting into with a 19x11+20? I've pretty much looked through all 120 pages of this and still unclear. I have seen some smaller setups struggle to fit, and some more aggressive looking right at home lol. I dont mind a mild stretch and around 4-4.5 deg of camber. Will shave the rear also and roll whats left. Think i will still need to pull in order to fit these? static on BCR

the ride height and tire size are just some of the other variables that makes for a good fitment. offset and width is just one variable which is why smaller setups struggle while aggressive works for some. also keep in mind most aggressive fits in that thread have received body work in one form or another.

A 10mm pull is not too bad.. Bout 1/4".. My sheet metal and paint are pretty much perfect so I just didnt want to do anything major yet. I plan to go low enough to have no gap while static if I clear lip to quarter then probably tuck tire while static. As far as tires. Not sure yet. Looking at 265-275/35. On my last setup on my sc I ran a 255/35 on my 20x11. But I wanted the thicker tire. I'm thinking a less diameter this time but trying to keep load index in mind.

Umm, no.
12.7mm = ½"
10mm > ⅜"
6.35mm = ¼"
If the paint and fender are perfect, your best bet is to cut the lip off the fender and then roll and seal it all up. You will minimize the possibility of wrinkling the fender and cracking the paint if you are carefull while gaining the max clearance.
