How low you plan on running the car? If you build-up and pull the fender, it will help and all depends what your eventual ride height will be for the look. Might see about getting the rears re-barrelled 9.5-10". Or keep the wheels as is and find a car where the offset isn't as aggressive to use them on.

I'm afraid of pulling the fenders as if i cant pull off the look, there's gonna be no way 2 revert to the fenders original shape.i love this car and dont wanna do any major mods to it unless i'm sure to get it 2 fit.was thinking along the lines of a slight pull and flare with a slight poke.something like this....
Then why'd you put such wide wheels on the car if you're afraid of pulling?

i dont think he was trying to post it as his car. he already posted his car up, he just wanted a reference picture for the type of rear quarter panel work he wanted.

but jasvin, yea ur gonna need a pretty big stretch and a good pull to fit those wheels. 235/35 or 225/40if they make it.

I'm sorry, didint mean to step on any toes. Was just using that pic as a reference to show the look i was after.i'm new to this forum and duno reali know anyone here...'YET'..haha.Sorry for the pic hijacking.Btw,your car looks awesome Cuban GS and sorry if i offended you in any way.

And thanks LiCelsior for the explanation on behalf.

I'm afraid because in this country, there arent many ppl into VIP style, and even if there were, they do it on the conservative side with smaller wheels and so on.None of them have executed such looks perfectly like u guys have. We're also not blessed with workshops that support and are willing to take the risks associated with the general VIP style and mad wheel fitment. The expertise is also an issue here as none have reali done such a thing to the cars here let alone a lexus.Half the people here dont even kno what car this is.So as of now my car is more like a lab rat for experimentation.Just dont wanna ruin my rear fenders as its gonna be impossible to correct if anythin goes wrong.

Just want to know if the look can be pulled off and how to do it.If it can be done i wouldnt hesitate to pull the fenders.

Cuban GS,what was the wheel size and offset in the pic i used?did it stick out as much as on my car before you pulled the fenders and stretched the tires?Did u just use a roller to achieve that flare on your fenders?

not implying those are hard stretches (they arent) but meaning that you do actually need the room for the stretch (you've modded the fender and really really need that ltitle extra clearance.)
The fronts are 18x9 with a offset of +20, rear is 18x10 with an offset of +30. Not getting any rub with the inch and a half drop I got all around, but I want to go lower only problem is the control arms will start rubbing the edge of the tire if I do. Any idea what size spacers I would need to dodge these?

I say this cause I have the same tire on my 19x10's up front with no issues...... yet.
Got a new set of tires in the same size for the front (gonna use the one good one left as a spare I guess). Turns out I had a bad valve stem, lol! Man I was pissed when this happened >_>...

I dont see how the distance between the tire and control arms will change if you lower the car.

When it comes to suspension and brakes, I'm absolutely clueless. From what I could see it looked like dropping it any lower would bring it closer to the upper control arm bolt.

Unless you were to chance the dimensions of the spindles it won't be any issue. What you should be concerned about is the distance between the uca and shock tower.
