keep it civil, this is everyone's last warning.
yes, camber wears tires, but provided the tires are flipped and depending on the amount of negative camber, this wear can be managed without ill effects.
TOE on the other hand, EATS tire life far more quickly than anything else.
toe and camber wear patterns look similar but are distinct in that toe will have a rougher, more saw-tooth appearance/profile at the boundary line.

Man, I have a lot to learn before I'm even close to switching away from stock tire size. Which reminds me - why does everyone here say the '92 stock size is 225/65/15 when the manual says 205/65/15?

At what tire size/rim width/offset will I need to start doing fender work? I have 18x9.5 +30 all around, Im looking for tires right now for them. I also have a pair of the same wheel but 8.5 +30, would those work better for the front than the 9.5's? Car's a 93 with megan coilovers

There are several factors you have to take into consideration. How low you will go for one, the amount of camber you are going to run if any, what tire size you are going to run, etc.....
Just "search" around. The amount of "fender work" you will need depends on the look you are going for.
"Fender work" normally comes into play when people choose an aggressive wheel size offset, and then adjusts their car accordingly to accommodate their wheel choice.
Good luck.....also "search" more frequently, as this topic has been covered a lot.

This this look weird to anyone else? Its a 225/40 on a 9.5
And heres same car with a 245/40 on a 9.5
And heres the 245 in front also.
Does it just need to be hammered for that 225 to look right?

225/40/18s all around not even low.
18x8.5+ 38 is going to be super duper extreme battleship sunken. That isnt even spacer correctable.

I picked up some takeoff wheels on Friday for $400, they are off an '06 GS350. They are 17x7.5 45+ and have 225/50R17 tires on them. Diameter of these tires is smaller than stock, so it's a bit goofy at stock height, but isn't too bad. I have a set of newish 235/50s that I'll throw on them soon.
I know it'd look alot better lowered, and I do have a set of Eibach springs, but I'm keeping the car at stock height due to road conditions and needed height. Taller sidewall will have to do. I'll get some better pictures soon.
