Question on air suspension
hi guys,
I have a '92 ls with air suspension
For those of you who have the same suspension, I would like to know why the display on the instrument cluster shows settings for LOW, NORMAL, HIGH, but the only options that light up are normal and high when in use, and the button for changing the hight is only for two settings. In the manual they mention that the car drops about an inch automatically at higher speeds, but the Low option never lights up.
My suspension works fine, but I would like to know what is the low display is for? Am I missing something?
thanks,

First of all, your car is working fine. I am not sure how Lexus define "high speed" I only see normal and high. I have never seen Low. I am in the process of finding a computer that will allow me to adjust the high of the ride. Let me know what you find.
Secondly, you can manually adjust the high of the car by setting the rods length (its under the car)
good luck

hey stoked,
that makes sense,
there has to be a reason for the LOW display
I never remember to look at the display at those speeds and I was doing a 110 yesterday and totally forgot to look if the LOW option was on.
You say at about 75 it should drop? I ll take a look tonight.
But if it still doesnt, that would mean there is something wrong?
However the manual says that when the display is blinking then there is something wrong with the suspension, and also it blinks when you forget to turn it on in the trunk. The display in my car only blinks when I forget to turn it on, but otherwise it works fine.

Well i dont know about turning the suspension on and off, but my car has 140,000 miles and has never ever blinked and has always worked great. When the suspension drops to low you really notice a huge difference and you should be able to tell, Also does yours load level? when there is alot of weight in the back does it bring the rear end level with the front because mine does, and i didnt know that it was supposed to!
