Default Aftermarket Radio Dash kits?

Ive found just about every kit thats been posted here to mount an aftermarket deck in my LS4. But wanted to know if anyone knew of any that actually MATCH the black dash? Would rather buy one vs. building

Also, are there any other STATESIDE shift **** options? All I seem to find here are the DEVILS ****.

I am buying a metra dash kit and I am buying a new wood overlay kit to fit around it. my toughest project will be sanding down the remaining wood and prepping for install.

I've noticed the same thing with the dash kits, they are not the same shade of black, seems the dash kits are a few shades lighter. I have not found one that matches so my plan was to paint it black to match the A/C controls. When I find the matching paint I'll post it up. I thought about using pieces from a wood overlay dash kit and making my own overlay but I don't really like the stock wood grain colors. I'll save that project for later on when I replace the stock wood grain pieces with the birds eye type.

I think its possible to run a bunch of different shifters, but there might be a few problems. First will be the left hand drive vs right hand drive thing, some of the "JDM" shifters will be for right hand drive cars so the button will bo on the wrong side for us. Another possible problem is that overdrive button, means pretty much any aftermarket shifter (Garson/DAD for example) probably won't have the button. So might need to think about making another button to control overdrive (could probably re-use the stock button in a different location)
