1995 Ls400
I drove a '95LS400 today, black jade, chrome wheels and all options with 67,500 mi. It looks and drives great and the asking price is $17,500 which seems like a deal. However, the car is at a 3rd rate used car dealer which makes me suspicious. Carfax shows it was registered comercial at 3,000miles and sold at an auto auction, 31,000 mi. The dealer says he took on trade for explorer eddie bauer. Does this sound like a deal worth pursuing? Is it a good price?

Competent mechanic
Competent LEXUS mechanic ?? !!
None in existence on this planet!
Lexii are TOO reliable...
Dealer's not willing to pay a qualified mechanic to just stand around and wait!

Hey, that's really scary because it makes sense! Still, you don't have to be a Lexus specialist to check out a car. There are competent mechanics who may not be able to fix it, but can still tell you when something's fishy.
You gotta believe!
