Welcome
Hi,
The mileage on your Dad's LS400 (380,000km) is a testament to the longevity of these cars.
Obviously the engine is going well, has any other part of the car had any problems? Is it wearing well generally?
Good to hear from you and welcome to the forum.
This is a great site with some very helpful and knowledable people looking in.
All the best.

Only the aircondition made some problems (4 times changed). The compressor still makes a weird noise while AC is on. More rev more noise. My dad drove 25 years Mercedes Benz and he got every 3 years a new car. Not one of them was as good as the Lexus. We will keep it till it totally breaks down. Next year my dad wants to buy an SC430 to replace the Golf Cabrio.
