Can I take the chrome Lexus emblems off an Es300 and put them on an Ls400

Are they interchangeable or not?

Guess you are referring to the "L" center logo. There are likely little studs that protrude through the trunk in addition to the adhesive. I bet they are spaced differently. You could take a look at the underside of the trunk to see where the holes are. You could remove the studs and apply the emblem with adhesive only
