the first half of the first gen 89-92 came with the bottom section painted black. The second half of gen1 (93-94) were painted like lp yang said. Mine is this way as well and it is a 92. Yang, your car looks good. I got mixed feelings on those mufflers as a personal preference. Like the look of it from some angles,cant stand it in others. They would have to grow on me.
