Both of my signal light blinks repidly, while the emergency light blinks like normal when i turn it on........Anyone knows how to fix it?

may be flasher unit itself.

I wrote a tutorial on it...it's posted below:

1. Place key to "on" position
2. Turn on signal to blink left side
3. Stand outside car and observe front and rear blinkers
4. Turn signal to blink right side
5. Observe
6. Replace bulb that does not blink
