how to run fogs with after market hid's

the only problem with this setup is as follows....
low beams = works
low beams + fogs = works
high beams - no fogs = works
high beams to low beams = works
flash high beams = works
high beam to low beam with fogs still on = partially works. meaning: once you flash the fogs, it will go back to normal.
no blowing fuses. i'm using 5 amp fuses all around and everything is fine.
if your kit does not look like this one, then i'm not sure.....
