Looks great bro. I also did mine a month ago and will post pics. Mine is black and I believe it updates the car.

I think the monotone really updates the lighter color cars exceptionally well. Good move!

Ewen I actually did it myself and it came out very nice. I never painted before but did my homework. It came in under $75 for paint, supplies, etc. I will take a shot up close so you can see the shine bro.

very nice, love the monotone. I just saw a monotone 98-00 LS the other day, and really love it. Good choice. Lets see some bigger pics.

What does speaking in a slow, steady voice have to do with your car?

I would love to do it myself. I have a bit of experience in spraying, my father in Australia sprays guitars for a living. I would love to see some pix and what equipment you used!! Thanks!

That is sweet!!!! White really stands out when you monotone the whole car. It looks much better IMO. Never really liked the 2 tone Lexus scheme. I have a monotone Gold LS. Bought it that way from DaveGS4, and I recently repainted and re-installed the L-Sportline kit.

I will post some pics as soon as it clears up here - been pretty rainy lately. It looks good. I am luck it is black and not pearl or metallic as it is much easier to apply.

Decided to bring this thread back with pics of my recent monotone addition: Also bought 285/35/18's since I had a blow out on my 275's. Now the speedometer is accurate once again.
