I think some ES300 center caps might fit, I have one that I need to trim the depth of to see if it'll seat in there. I'd prefer to make a cap to cover the lug though if I can eventually do it.
If you are a hobbyist, installing new rotors is very easy, just pay attention to the brake sensor connections and how they were originally put in.

thought so its just 2 or three screws right after you take of the calipers? if i can get those off i tried yesterday and couldnt even get the pins out with a breaker bar and the hex!

Yeah, when I did it at the shop I work at my fellow tech had a handy device for that, it's a huge thing with a phillips head on the end, you slam it with a hammer and it goes inwards so it doesn't strip and turns at the same time. Very handy, very helpful.
